Two cameras that see it all
This solution is equipped with two cameras to keep an overview at all times. An integrated overview color camera locates the part more quickly to start measuring. The excellent ZEISS optics of the measurement camera and ZEISS Digital Zoom provide a large field of view with high resolution – for greater efficiency and the capture of more details. Together with ZEISS image processing technology, it transforms images into precise measurement results.
No extensive preparation needed
With ZEISS O-DETECT and ZEISS INSPECT, your parts can be inspected right from the start. Hardly any preparation is needed before the measurement. Just secure the object in your fixture, place it onto the glass and start inspection. No compromise on accuracy and a quick start of the evaluation.

Lights that make a difference
With its different illumination options, this solution adapts seamlessly to your inspection tasks. Depending on your part surface, different lights illuminate your part from the top. Shiny or reflective parts can also be measured in this way using the diffuse light source. Want to check the contours of an object? The back light from the bottom enhances the edge quality for even more precise optical inspection.
Styli for measuring on the spot
Sometimes optical measurement isn’t enough. For hard-to-reach areas of interest, ZEISS O-DETECT with ZEISS INSPECT offers an easy extension to tactile measurement. The passive stylus system ZEISS XDT is made for precise tactile measurements due to the stable probing behavior during part inspection.
