Ivan holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from UTAR and began his career at KEYENCE, where he gained hands-on experience in precision measurement technology before moving into ZEISS metrology solutions. An AUKOM Level 1 Certified professional, he specializes in industrial microscopy, dimensional metrology, and 3D optical measurement — bringing that dual foundation to help manufacturers implement inspection solutions that hold up to real production demands.

Zuhairi brings over seven years of application engineering experience across tactile and non-contact metrology, including CMM, VMM, and portable 3D scanning systems like the T-SCAN hawk 2. Before joining Alloytool, he was Technical Manager at Simwork Solutions/Wenzel CMM, handling machine installation, calibration, and technical support. He focuses on helping manufacturers achieve reliable part verification and inspection reporting that meets industry standards.
